Learn about making your own yogurt, granola and Italian pasta

The course will take place on the 23th of March and lasts from 10:30 to 16:30.

Course Language: English (We can help with Norwegian translations)

In the beginning Anton and Ellen will take you step by step through making your own yoghurt and their delicious granola (you will be able to take some home with you!). Once you tasted a yogurt without preservatives and learn about the endless customisation options, it's hard to back to the supermarket.

After that, Vea will guide you through making three differnet kinds of traditional pasta: tagliatelle, lasagne, tortelli. The Tortelli will be filled with local ingredients only.

If you have, please bring your own rolling pin and a glass to bring some yoghurt home!
